Anax is an old Greek word that means "tribal chief", or "king". It may also be Greek for "McBeast" because the Anax is the third disc in Paul McBeth's new Discraft lineup. The Anax (pronounced 'aah·nuhks') is a strong, overstable fairway driver with the sharp rim of a distance driver but the comfort, thinner rim, and precision of a fairway driver.
It's the one driver fit for a king. Or a McBeast.
Z Line plastic is known for its durability and eye-catching looks. The plastic is semi-translucent, very stiff, and very resistant to wear. It's produced in a variety of bright colors. It has a tendency to be slightly overstable than, say, ESP Plastic.
