Buyback Program

We participate in the Buyback Program for new discs by Dynamic Discs, Latitude 64, or Westside.  In short, this allows for a disc to be tried for up to 14 days. If you are not satisfied, you can return the disc for any disc in the store of equal or lesser value.  This excludes custom dyed discs and collector discs.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

In store returns are subject to the same limits and conditions.

Used discs are sold as is.  No returns are taken. But we may offer to buy it from you as a used disc, depending on condition and current stock.

Occasionally we sell collector discs on behalf of consignors. These are sold as-is, and are not eligible for return 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or issue store credit towards an exchange.

Credit Card

If you paid with a credit card, and a full credit was accepted for your return, you will receive the credit within a a time period based on your card issuer's policies.

Store Credit

If you paid with store credit or gift card, then the refund will be processed with store credit.

Store credit may also be issued in the event of a provisionally approved return. 

Exchanges

In-person exchanges will be provided from in-stock merchandise. Otherwise, store credit will be issued. Online exchanges will be in the form of issued store credit and a new online order.

Partial/Provisional Refunds

In the event that your return is not accepted in full, a pro-rated amount may be offered in return.  This amount will be agreed upon based on the condition of the returned item. 

If no agreement can be reached, the customer is welcome to keep the item or sell it to us as used inventory. The standardized pricing formula will be used.
