The Penrose is the debut putt and approach disc from EV-7. It has reliable high-speed overstable arc and a good resistance to turn, but is uniquely straight with consistent fade at lower speeds on the putting green. With a slightly deeper profile, small bead, and smooth feel, the Penrose fits the hand comfortably, inspiring confidence for both putts and upshots.
This Special Blend was created by EV-7 in collaboration with newly sponsored putting specialist Matt Bell to craft what he describes as the “perfect putter". It is a proprietary mix of materials with a slight texture difference from previous runs, and falls in between Firm and Medium in flex.
EV-7 was founded on July 15, 2020, by former tour champion Phil Arthur. His list of accomplishments include PDGA Hall of Fame National Tour Winner, 2009 Masters World Champion, and oh - he co-founded Prodigy Disc. He founded EV-7 to create the best line of disc golf putters on the market through advancements in design, consistency, durability, and texture and feel.
