Similar to the Discraft Zone or Westside Harp, the Järn - Swedish for "iron" - is a flat-topped overstable midrange which makes it perfect to beat ornery headwinds and provide a predictable fade for touchy upshots and sexy flexy shots.
K3 is the base line plastic offered by Kastaplast – grippy in all conditions. This line of plastic gives that nice worked in feel pretty quickly. Compared to other base plastics, K3 is medium soft.
Known for having some of the best plastic in the business, Kastaplast is probably the most popular import in the disc golf market in the US. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, they are also well-known for the level of engineering and design they put into each one of their molds.
As their name implies - it literally translates to "throw plastic" - all of their hard work is geared towards creating the ultimate disc golf experience. And, yes, it is true. We are working very hard to get them to change their name to Kastaplast Skrikyeet - literally "Throw plastic, scream YEET".
