Approved in January 2026, The Impa (Swedish slang for impressive!) is a super-fun and versatile distance driver that adapts to any game. Its dependable understability makes it perfect for big sky rollers if you’ve got more arm speed. At the same time, players with a gentler throw can enjoy impressive distance thanks to its smooth glide.
K1 Grind is a newish plastic from Kastaplast. It's made with 100% recycled plastic (ostensibly K1) to help reduce the company's overall environmental footprint. It is designed with a colored core and a white "corona" to help distinguish it from the parent plastic. Flights of the molds made in this plastic should closely mimic the OG molds.
Known for having some of the best plastic in the business, Kastaplast is probably the most popular import in the disc golf market in the US. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, they are also well-known for the level of engineering and design they put into each one of their molds.
As their name implies - it literally translates to "throw plastic" - all of their hard work is geared towards creating the ultimate disc golf experience. And, yes, it is true. We are working very hard to get them to change their name to Kastaplast Skrikyeet - literally "Throw plastic, scream YEET".
