The Clutch is a low speed disc that is used for very presice and accurate shots. This disk has little to no fade in the flight. It is perfect for drives, approaches and especially putting. The Clutch also has much more glide than most putters making it perfect for long putts.
Gravity is a plastic with a high amount of tackiness for increased gripped and is used mainly on putt and approach discs as well as some midranges. It's a softer, less stable version of the Protege plastic from Legacy. The added flexibility absorbs the impact of the chains and the ground giving players more confidence to run shots at the basket.
As one of the youngest disc manufacturers out there Legacy has already carved out a comfy place in the disc golf ecosystem in its six years of existence. Run by the Rico family out of southern California they are involved in all aspects of the sport from manufacturing top line discs like the Rampage to running and supporting tournaments and growing the sport through sponsorships.
With such a good start we can't wait to see how they handle the awkward puberty stage. Maybe they'll come out with the Clearasil putter. Or a new drive called the Hormone. No one knows which direction it will go.
