The Groundhog emerges as a super unique approach disc, designed to get to the ground unlike any other disc on the market. Designed with an extra thick center of the flight plate, the Groundhog has what we like to call "anti-gyro" meaning about 2/3 of the way through the flight, it just wants to fall to the ground. Thus, a disc wwas created with a slow and low glide flight while still making a disc that is not overly tall or uncomfortable in the hand.
ecoFIRM rubber is made of vulcanized natural rubber, with up to 30% recycled material made of scrap from medical industry manufacturing such as rubber gloves, or stoppers. Every 1,000 discs produced prevents 10,000 rubber gloves that did not meet manufacturing standards from ending up in the world's landfills.
Founded in 2020, Elevation Disc Golf is a California-based company with one goal in mind: To make creative discs that allow people to be their best when they play the sport that brings them joy. Sounds good to us!
Their first disc is the midrange Interceptor and comes in their own unique rubber polymer plastic.
