You would think with a name like Loki that this disc would be somewhat of a trickster. Maybe even with a British accent. But you would be wrong! He's Norse, not British!
And far from being a trickster this is a reliable utility putter for super overstable throws that don't turn over. It's slightly faster than other putters from Viking Discs, and definitely confuses any head wind that tries to knock it down.
Armor is the premium plastic in the Viking Discs lineup of blends. It is similar in feel and grip to other premium, opaque plastics like Innova’s Star, or Latitude 64’s Gold Line plastic. It has nice a nice grip, with a feel that is semi-soft to the touch, while the plastic itself is able to stand up to beatings delivered by course hazards.
