We were so giddy when we heard RPM Discs was coming out with a new disc! And here it is! The Pekapeka is an understable fairway driver similar to an Innova Roadrunner or a Discraft Heat. It allows players to work the disc from left to right as a (right hand backhanded player, visa versa for lefties), to run an hyzer flip down narrow corridors, and to lay down rollers when required. And it has another cool Maori print for the stamp!
Is it going in our bag? It's already there!
One of our personal favorite disc manufacturers, RPM Discs hails out of New Zealand and definitely have the coolest stamps on their regular line of discs.
From the spreadwing outline on their Ruru putter to the monochrome beauty on their Huia drivers, RPM Discs has incorporated Maori designs on all of their discs. They're almost too pretty to play with, but we really like the feel of our Ruru. We've named it Hamamayeet. Which means "scream yeet" in Maori, of course.
