What in the world was Simon Lizotte thinking? Seriously. Discmania gave Lizotte the freedom to design any disc he wanted to, and he came up with the most overstable disc known to man.
As soon as this disc is released out of the hand it fights hard - thanks to its +1 turn rating! - to start fading to the left (RHBH). It's so overstable that it can be thrown upside down and it'll still act like an overstable driver. Clearly we have no idea what to do with it, but we hear that it makes an exceptional utility disc.
Started by Finnish professional disc golfer Jussi Meresmaa, Discmania is taking its mantra of "Reinvent Your Game" seriously by offering innovative products like the P2 putter used by many professionals, and the DD3 driver.
No word what DD3 means in Finnish though. We think it means "Dang tree". Well, at least when we throw it with our noodle arm.
