The Outlaw is a great disc if you want something in between a power distance and fairway driver. The Outlaw will come off the tee with high speed, but the slower shots allow the thrower to have more control but still get distance. Works great for a sidearm or backhand thrower.
The Pinnacle plastic by Legacy is a very durable mid-level plastic. It has a long life span in which enables a golfer to be confident in knowing exactly what each disc will do. The other advantage is that there is not a big hook at the end of each throw but instead a slow curve.
As one of the youngest disc manufacturers out there Legacy has already carved out a comfy place in the disc golf ecosystem in its six years of existence. Run by the Rico family out of southern California they are involved in all aspects of the sport from manufacturing top line discs like the Rampage to running and supporting tournaments and growing the sport through sponsorships.
With such a good start we can't wait to see how they handle the awkward puberty stage. Maybe they'll come out with the Clearasil putter. Or a new drive called the Hormone. No one knows which direction it will go.
