Complete with a low profile and a big bead, the Pickle is a flat putter designed to deliver a clean, stable flight with a slight finish. It's produced by Prodigy for Mint and bridges the gap between the Profit and the UFO putters.
Royal plastic is the "pro grade" plastic offered by Mint. This plastic provides superior grip in all conditions. The tacky feel is uniquely soft yet firm. It is also an ideal option to wear in or "season" faster. Typically this type of plastic will get a straighter flight as it wears in and loses its high speed stability. It comes in regular, soft, and hard levels of firmness.
Mint Discs is an Austin, TX-based disc golf manufacturer founded in 2015. What they lack in age they have made up for in development and research. With the launch of their first disc, the Alpha, in 2017 they showed what two years of cogitating and dreaming can produce.
Mint Discs now has a line of 7 discs found in 5 different plastics including their premium line Apex which has top-notch gripping while still maintaining durability. Not sure if it will help our griplock, but will definitely help with surviving tree doinks!
