The Origin is a slightly understable disc at high speeds which is perfect for long turnover shots. At lower speeds it's perfect for laser-like straight throws. This small diameter midrange disc will thrive in tailwinds as well as wooded fairways. The smooth rounded touch of the nose provides an excellent feel.
The GEO is being released for the first time by Discmania. It is a bit softer than EXO plastic, but with better grip. Each disc in the Evolution Starter Set comes in GEO plastic. All discs in the GEO line are a little less stable than their premium plastic (NEO and LUX) counterparts.
Started by Finnish professional disc golfer Jussi Meresmaa, Discmania is taking its mantra of "Reinvent Your Game" seriously by offering innovative products like the P2 putter used by many professionals, and the DD3 driver.
No word what DD3 means in Finnish though. We think it means "Dang tree". Well, at least when we throw it with our noodle arm.
