Axe throwing definitely gets an upgrade with the Axe Putt & Approach disc from Viking Discs. This disc provides a stable flight path with a soft finishing fade. It has a low profile and fits comfortably in the hand.
Ground is the base plastic and most affordable of Viking's three plastic blends. It feels similar to other baseline plastics, like Innova DX or Discraft Pro-D, but it does feel a bit grippier and softer than those other plastics.
