The Scorch is the new distance driver from Discraft. Think of it as an Avenger SS that finally matured and moved out of Ma's basement. It's an understable-to-stable disc (stability rating is 0.5) making it a great driver with some turn and a decent amount of fade providing a consistent S-curve flight path. Does it still go home to grab some of Ma's meatloaf? Sure. But it's also beefy enough to get max distance for even newer to intermediate players.
Z FLX combines the popular Z plastic with the extra grippy FLX material. This makes those who like Z plastic happy in colder weather when Z plastic tends to get too stiff.
OK, we get it. There are waaaaay toooooo maaaany zzz's in the Buzzz. But have you thrown one? There's a reason why it's one of the most popular mid-range discs for pros and amateurs alike.
