Swedish for "ore", the Malm is a new driver approved by the PDGA on December 30, 2024. It's the first 10-speed driver in the Kastaplast lineup.
The K1 Hard line is Kastaplast’s super durable material with a nice combination of firmness and gumminess. Discs in K1 Hard are available in both solid and translucent colors, and is stiffer than the baseline K1 plastic.
Known for having some of the best plastic in the business, Kastaplast is probably the most popular import in the disc golf market in the US. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, they are also well-known for the level of engineering and design they put into each one of their molds.
As their name implies - it literally translates to "throw plastic" - all of their hard work is geared towards creating the ultimate disc golf experience. And, yes, it is true. We are working very hard to get them to change their name to Kastaplast Skrikyeet - literally "Throw plastic, scream YEET".
