Based on the popular DD3 driver, the Cloud Breaker now stands apart as its own mold as part of the Discmania Creator Series line. Players with more arm speed and power will be able to obtain a full anhyzer flight out of it, both with forehand and backhand throws. Those with a bit less power or are still developing their skills can still take advantage of the great amount of glide that this disc offers.
This is the first version of the Cloud Breaker ever produced in the Creator Series line and is made with a Special Blend material. It still has a familiar softer feel but may contain some subtle color varieties as well that are both unique and visually pleasing.
C-Line Color Glow Horizon is Discmania's most durable plastic. Discs made with C-Line Color Glow Horizon will keep their intended flight characteristics longer than the average disc. Whether used in heavily wooded situations, or on extremely rugged courses, this material will continue to perform predictably and avoid damage better than any other plastic. Discmania claims that it's the most stable blend of plastic in their lineup, and who are we to disagree? Oh, and this version glows in vibrant color, and has the cool Horizon visual appeal.
Started by Finnish professional disc golfer Jussi Meresmaa, Discmania is taking its mantra of "Reinvent Your Game" seriously by offering innovative products like the P2 putter used by many professionals, and the DD3 driver.
No word what DD3 means in Finnish though. We think it means "Dang tree". Well, at least when we throw it with our noodle arm.
