Formerly known as the CD2, the mold is back in the lineup by popular demand as the CD1. The letters “CD” stand for Control Driver, and that's what it provides - control. It will handle just about any wind condition with ease but is most wel-suited for tailwinds and calmer weather. This disc gives the right amount of glide and shot shaping options, but will always maintain enough stability to end with a smooth low speed fade.
C-Line is Discmania's most durable plastic. Discs made with C-Line will keep their intended flight characteristics longer than the average disc. Whether used in heavily wooded situations, or on extremely rugged courses, this material will continue to perform predictably and avoid damage better than any other plastic. Discmania claims that it's the most stable blend of plastic in their lineup, and who are we to disagree?
Started by Finnish professional disc golfer Jussi Meresmaa, Discmania is taking its mantra of "Reinvent Your Game" seriously by offering innovative products like the P2 putter used by many professionals, and the DD3 driver.
No word what DD3 means in Finnish though. We think it means "Dang tree". Well, at least when we throw it with our noodle arm.
